to make CrypKey solutions as easy to use as possible.
Please note that only those with a valid CrypKey Annual Subscription
can access the CrypKey Support Database.
- Get a valid
support subscription.
- Get annual subscription deliverables
and pricing information.
- If you are unsure
as to whether you have a valid support subscription or cannot find
what you are looking for in the CrypKey Support Database please email
us.
- If you need to
submit an email to us at support@crypkey.com,
please provide the information below in the body of your message so
we can assist you in as timely a manner as possible.
Please include ALL of the information below to properly assist you:
- your customer
service number;
- the company
name registered to CrypKey;
- the operating
system on which the problem is occurring;
- which CrypKey
product you are inquiring about;
- a detailed
explanation of the problem (including error message if available)
and;
- whether or
not you have tested the problem using the example.exe program
provided with CrypKey software;
Note - If you
are using CrypKey SDK 5.7 or later, attach the *.ckn file off the
problematic machine.
