New Product Releases

Casper 2.12 has now been released. The Site Key Generator (SKG) page has been fixed to eliminate the floating buttons.

New Product Features/Adjustments

At CrypKey, we are constantly working to adjust and develop our product lines to meet your needs. The following are new features we have added to our products:

1. Casper 2.12a

Please note the following new features added to Casper 2.12a:

  • an updated time bomb license to avoid zero day license;
  • adjusted session handling for CasperWeb;
  • To reinstall, overwrite registry settings only if that setting does not exist.
2. CrypKey SDK 6.1/CrypKey Stealth

The threading bug in CrypKey Stealth has been fixed. This is significant for programs that use more than two (2) threads.


3. .Net Objects with Safe Methods

If you have purchased CrypKey SKGL (Site Key Generator Library) and would like to read about .Net objects please contact us for the 'CrypKey SKG 20040216.zip' documentation.


4. CrypKey Instant 6.1.338

Please note the following new features:

  • Support for Macromedia Flash executables
  • Improved protection for Macromedia Flash files. CrypKey Instant has been enhanced with special algorithms that increase the security of Macromedia flash files. This makes CrypKey Instant unique in that it can be easily yet securely deployed to completely manage digital rights of this media.

  • Chinese language support
  • Option to hide Site Key so it is not displayed to user
  • CrypKey Instant CommandLine (CIC). For power users of CrypKey Instant who don't want to fire up the GUI to reprotect a program, CrypKey Instant CommandLine (CIC) allows automation of the protection action of CrypKey Instant. CIC can easily be called from within a program, batch file, make file, integrated development environment, etc., and will run to completion without stopping for user input. This makes it simple to automate the protection step as part of your compile or maintenance routine.

2. New Support "Special Forces" Division

CrypKey announces its new "Special Forces" Support Division, a customer care initiative to help improve your support needs and queries. We have also made some improvements to our CrypKey Platinum and Gold Annual Subscription support packages. 1. We have a new specialist who will provide telephone and technical support to Platinum and Gold customers. 2. Platinum and Gold subscribers will also now have access to the CrypKey Yahoo! ID.
