How
does CrypKey DLM work? |
|
| |
|
|
| |
Using
CrypKey’s proven encryption process, CrypKey DLM combines the data
file and the assigned security control options and encrypts them together.
This is done using the best-quality AES and CrypKey’s award-winning
technologies. Once encrypted, your file can only be opened or viewed with
a software key and/or hardware key (i.e., CrypKey USBKey). |
|
| |
|
|

CrypKey
DLM offers two permission methods for accessing a file. |
|
| |
|
|
| |
CrypKey
DLM offers two permission methods for accessing a file: password protection
and license key authorization. The password-protection method is appropriate
when it is only necessary to control the user(s) who can access the data
file. License keys are used when complete security and control of the
file must be maintained. For example, a license key can restrict not only
who is allowed to open your data file, but also how they use it. |
